Educational & Experience Requirements
• MBA/MBM/Masters/4 years Bachelors or equivalent degree.
• Preferably in Business background, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Law, Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Physics, English and International Relations (IR).
• At least one (1) 1st Division/Class or equivalent CGPA/GPA.
• No 3rd Division/Class or equivalent CGPA/GPA in the academic records.
Additional Requirements
• Must be Bangladeshi Citizen.
• Age not over 30 years and 32 years for offspring of freedom fighters as of March 31, 2024.
• Self-driven with a pleasant personality.
• Ability to deal with clients with a positive attitude in any situation.
• Courageous to work anywhere in the country.
• Proficient Computer Operating Skills especially in MS Office.
• Effective Verbal Communication Skill in both Bengali and English.
Salary & Allowances
• Trainee Junior Officer will receive monthly consolidated remuneration of Tk.35,000/=during probation period and will be absorbed as Junior Officer with benefits & allowances totaling Tk.46,933/=per month on satisfactory completion of the Probation Period.
