Educational & Experience Requirements
• Post-graduation degree from a reputed university.
• No 3rd Division/ Class or equivalent CGPA/ GPA in the academic records.
• Minimum 18 years’ experience in overall banking with proven track record of which minimum 3 years in the similar position.
Additional Requirements
• Age must not be over 50 years as of February 10, 2024.
• Applicants having a break of service need not to apply.
• Strong leadership qualities for coaching, mentoring and managing people.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible about working hours, result driven and able to work independently to achieve assigned targets.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Computer literacy is a must.
