Educational & Experience Requirements
• Post-graduation degree from a reputed university.
• No 3rd Division/ Class or equivalent CGPA/ GPA in the academic records.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Manager in any Bank with a proven track record.
Additional Requirements
• Applicants preferably have started his/her career as MTO or Probationary Officer.
• The candidates must have exposure and experience in Branch Management, Banking Operations and Business development.
• Applicants having a break of service need not apply.
• Strong knowledge of Branch Operations, General Banking, Lending Operations & Credit Management and Foreign Trade Operations is required.
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal relationships.
