Educational & Experience Requirements
• Masters in relevant disciplines.
• No 3rd Division/Class or equivalent CGPA/GPA in the academic records.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in leading Banks or Financial Institutions in Agri Credit.
Additional Requirements
• Must be Bangladeshi Citizen.
• Age not over 32 years.
• Self-driven with a pleasant personality.
• Ability to deal with clients with a positive attitude in any situation.
• Courageous to work anywhere in the country.
• Proficient Computer Operating Skills especially in MS Office.
• Effective Verbal Communication Skill in both Bengali and English.
