Educational & Experience Requirements
• MBA/ MBM/ Masters/ 4 Years Bachelor or equivalent degree from reputed Universities/ Colleges/ Institutions.
• No 3rd Division/ Class or equivalent CGPA/ GPA in the academic records.
• Minimum “B” in “O” & “A” levels.
• No experience is required.

Additional Requirements
• Age not over 30 years & 32 years for offspring of freedom fighters as of December 15, 2023.
• Must be Bangladeshi Citizen.
• Effective Verbal Communication Skill in both Bengali and English.
• Proficient Computer Operating Skills especially in MS Office.
• Courageous to work anywhere in the country.

Salary & Allowances
• Management Trainee Officer will receive monthly consolidated remuneration of Tk.48,000/- during probation period and will be absorbed as “Senior” Officer with benefits & allowances totaling Tk.67,295/= on satisfactory completion of the Probation Period.
• Officer on Probation will receive monthly consolidated remuneration of Tk.40,000/- during probation period and will be absorbed as “Officer” with benefits & allowances totaling Tk.55,405/= on satisfactory completion of the Probation Period.
