Educational & Experience Requirements
• Bachelor/ Honors from any Institution.
• Experiences in related fields of Banks/ NBFIs are preferred (fresher can also apply).

Additional Requirements
• Age: 22 to 35 years.
• Ability/ willingness to Direct Card Sales.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and Direct selling skills.
• Direct Selling through Customer Points of Retail Banking products.
• Direct Sales experience in similar areas will be treated as an added advantage.

Salary & Allowances
• Salary: Tk. 18000 – 22000 (Monthly).
• Attractive Commission.
• Compensation & Other Benefits: As per Bank’s Rules.
