Educational & Experience Requirements
• Business graduate, preferably major in Marketing & BSS/ BCOM/ B.Sc./ BBA/ MBA even Minimum Bachelor from any University.
• No Experience is needed for Trainee Sales Officer (TSO).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field will get preference for Senior Sales Officer (SSO).
Additional Requirements
• Age at least 25 years.
• Willingness develop career in direct Liabilities product sales.
• Ability/ willingness to Direct Sales Banking Products (All Sorts of Banking Products for Direct Sales).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and Direct selling skills.
• Direct Sales, Corporate Sales, Tele Marketing & Call Center.
• Direct Selling through Customer Points of Retail Liability/Asset Marketing/Credit Card & SME Loan.
• Direct Sales experience in similar areas will be treated as an added advantage.
Salary & Allowances
• Salary: Tk. 18000 – 24000 (Monthly).
• Attractive Commission.
• Compensation & Other Benefits: As per Bank’s Rules.
