Educational & Experience Requirements
• Minimum Masters Degree from any University.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in the relevant fields.
Additional Requirements
• Knowledge on regulatory framework, Credit Appraisal, Bangladesh Bank Prudential Guidelines on Card Businesses.
• In depth knowledge in Bank’s Card Assessment process, Card operation process, knowledge of Credit Card policies, procedures and Card Management Software (CMS).
• Experience of working in a target-oriented environment where required documents, time frame and co-ordination is mandatory to meet the target.
• Excellent interpersonal, public relationship, team building and people management skills are necessary.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Sufficient knowledge to operate Microsoft Office Applications.
