Job Responsibilities
• Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as a part of a team.
• Promote specific products as directed by upper management.
• Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer value.
• Employment Status: Contractual Candidates will be confirmed to permanent positions as per policy of the Bank.
Educational & Experience Requirements
• Minimum Graduation in any discipline from recognized public/ private university.
• No 3rd Class/ Division in academic attainments.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience of working in a rural area on Agent Banking.
Additional Requirements
• Age at most 30 years.
• Age not over 30 years as on February 29, 2024 and maximum 32 years for the children of Heroic Freedom Fighters.
• Retail & SME Banking experience is preferable.
• Excellent interpersonal skill and strong communications skills.
• Must have working knowledge of computer applications.
Salary & Allowances
• Compensation Package: Monthly consolidated salary of Tk.16,000/- for the 1st Year, Tk.18,000/- for the 2nd Year.
