Educational & Experience Requirements
• Masters in any discipline from a reputed university.
• No Third division is allowed.
• Working experience of at least 3 years in the field of Loan Recovery & Monitoring/ Relationship Management, Loans and Advances and Security Documentation in any leading Bank/ FI as a full-time employee.

Additional Requirements
• Age: at most 40 years (Age consideration may be relaxed in case of competitive skill and experience).
• Should have strong market intelligence to develop new recovery processes.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
