Educational & Experience Requirements
• MBA/ Master’s/ Graduation degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in commercial banks, including 5 years as Head of SME Banking, Deputy Head of SME Banking.
Additional Requirements
• Age at most 50 years.
• Excellent relationship management skill with a focus on financial and budget requirements.
• Sound knowledge of Commercial Banking, Trade Services, local regulations and exposure to the SME Banking industry.
• Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge and practice with MS office, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
• Age not exceeding 50 years (Age relaxation may be given to deserving candidates).
