Educational & Experience Requirements
• MBA/ Master’s/ Graduation degree in any discipline, preferably Chartered Secretariat with professional certification.
• A minimum of 3 to 7 year(s) of experience in Banks & Financial Institutions.
Additional Requirements
• Age at most 35 years.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Board Division/Company Secretariat Division a reputed financial institution preferably in Bank.
• Must be proficient in Company Laws, Bank Company Act, SEC Laws and regulations, Joint Stock compliance’s, Central banks compliance’s, share management under CDS (Central Depository System), practical knowledge in managing IPO and rights issues, Computer operating knowledge is required.
• Knowledge and practice with MS office, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
• Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.
• Age not exceeding 35 years (Age relaxation may be given to deserving candidates).
