EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
• Minimum Graduate from a reputed University.
• No 3rd Division/ Class/ CGPA is allowed.
• Academic results must be officially published at the time of application.
• No experience is required.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Age: Not over 32 years as on April 13, 2025.
• Computer Proficiency to perform the responsibilities relevant to the job.
• At the time of joining, the incumbent will be required to give a surety bond for serving the Bank for a minimum period of 05 years including the probation period.
• All the candidates will go through an extensive selection and recruitment process.
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION PACKAGE
• The position offers a monthly consolidated salary of BOT 36,700 (including all yearly pay) plus other admissible benefits during probation period.
• On successful completion of one year of probation, incumbent will be confirmed as “Assistant Officer” and will be entitled to a monthly consolidated salary of BOT 46,200 (including all yearly pay) plus other admissible benefits.
• Also, Confirmed Officials receive additional performance-based payment as applicable.

ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ফিন্যান্স ইনভেস্টমেন্ট অ্যান্ড কমার্স ব্যাংক পিএলসি প্রথমে ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ফিন্যান্স অ্যান্ড ইনভেস্টমেন্ট কোম্পানি নামে বেসরকারি খাতে একটি বিনিয়োগ কোম্পানি হিসেবে ১৯৭৬ সালের অক্টোবর মাসে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়। এটি শুরুতে মধ্যপ্রাচ্যের দেশসমূহে একক এবং যৌথভাবে বিনিয়োগ ও অর্থসংস্থান ব্যবসা পরিচালনা করে। কোম্পানিটি ১৯৭৭ সালের ২৮ ফেব্রুয়ারি বিনিয়োগ কার্যক্রম শুরু করে। এটি ১৯৮৩ সালের ২৪ জুন ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ফিন্যান্স ইনভেস্টমেন্ট অ্যান্ড কমার্স ব্যাংক পিএলসি নাম নিয়ে বাংলাদেশে বাণিজ্যিক ব্যাংকিং ব্যবসা শুরু করে। শুরুতে আইএফআইসি ব্যাংকের অনুমোদিত মূলধন ছিল প্রতিটি ১০০ টাকা মূল্যের ১ মিলিয়ন সাধারণ শেয়ারে বিভক্ত ১০০ মিলিয়ন টাকা। পরিশোধিত মূলধন প্রাথমিক পর্যায়ের ৭১.৫ মিলিয়ন টাকা থেকে বৃদ্ধি পেয়ে ১৯৮৬ সালে ৮০ মিলিয়ন টাকায় উন্নীত হয়। ব্যাংকটির মোট শেয়ারের শতকরা ৬০ ভাগকে এ-গ্রুপভুক্ত করা হয় এবং সেগুলোর পূর্ণমূল্য পরিশোধ করে উদ্যোক্তা ও সাধারণ শেয়ারক্রেতা জনগণ। বি-গ্রুপভুক্ত অবশিষ্ট ৪০% শেয়ার বাংলাদেশ সরকারকে বরাদ্দ করা হয় এবং সরকার সেগুলোর মূল্য পরিশোধ করে। ব্যাংকটি রিটেইল ব্যাংকিং, কর্পোরেট ব্যাংকিং, এসএমই ব্যাংকিং, বিনিয়োগ ব্যাংকিং সহ বিভিন্ন ধরনের সেবা দিয়ে যাচ্ছে। ঋণ ও অগ্রিম খাতে বিনিয়োগ ছাড়াও ব্যাংকটি সরকারি ট্রেজারি বিল, প্রাইজ বন্ড, বিভিন্ন কোম্পানির শেয়ার ও ডিবেঞ্চার এবং কিছু বিদেশী কোম্পানিতে ইকুইটি মূলধন বিনিয়োগ করেছে।
