Educational & Experience Requirements
• Master’s Degree along with honors preferably in Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Management/ Finance/ Banking/ Accounting/ Marketing/ Economics from any reputed university/institutions having no third division/ class in any level of academic record.
• At least 10 year(s).
• Minimum 10 years of Banking experience for AVP, 10 years for FAVP, 08 years for SPO, 06 years for PO having minimum 02 years of experience as Branch Operations Manager/ Branch Manager of any reputed commercial bank.
Age Limit
• AVP: Maximum-45 years, FAVP/ SP0: Maximum-42 years, PO: Maximum- 40 years.
Additional Requirements
• Pleasant personality and capability of keeping good relationship with a wide spectrum of people/ organizations related to branch banking.
• Good knowledge on General Banking, Credit, Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade.
• Superior managerial, interpersonal and negotiation skill.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Good communication skill.
• Must be well command over Operating Computer.
• Flexibility to work in any place in the country.
