Educational & Experience Requirements
• Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science (MSc) from a reputed University.
• No third division/ class in academic records.
• At least 08 years experience in Banks.
Additional Requirements
• Age at most 45 years.
• Capable of analyzing SME or Corporate funded & non-funded business proposals.
• Must have knowledge on Investment policies.
• Sound knowledge in Banking/ Financial Sector and the regulatory issues.
• A good understanding of the Local Industry/ Market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advance computer skills.
• Should be proactive, dynamic and self-motivated to update with risk management issues and skills.
Salary & Allowances

ICB Islamic Bank PLC is a second generation commercial Islamic Shariah based Bank in Bangladesh. ICB Islamic Bank PLC was incorporated on 30 April, 1987. The Bank has been authorized by the Bangladesh Bank to carry on the banking business in Bangladesh with effect from May 4, 1987 and started operations on 20 May, 1987 in the name of Al-Baraka Bank as a public limited company under the Bank Companies Act, 1913. The bank listed on Dhaka Stock Exchange in 1990.
ICB Islamic Bank PLC to undertake and carry out all kinds of banking, financial and business activities, transactions and operations in strict compliance with the principles of Islamic Law (Shariah) relating to business activities in particular avoiding usury in credit and sales transactions and any practice which amounts to usury. In 2004, the bank was reorganized and renamed to Oriental Bank. In 2006, Bangladesh Bank dissolved Oriental Bank’s board of directors and auctioned the majority of the shares. The ICB Banking Group bought a majority of the shares and renamed it ICB Islamic Bank in 2008.
