Responsibilities
• ICB Islamic Bank Ltd. is looking for a dynamic individual for the Human Resources Department.
• Handle all types of employee related Disciplinary Issues.
• Arrange In-House & External Training.
• Follow up with the recruitment process.
• To provide different reports to Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory authorities.
• Assist in preparing monthly activities reports.
• Amend HR Policy & Code of Conduct as required from time to time.
• Coordinate to other HR operational matters.
• Assist in the performance appraisal management process.
• Keep the personal file & HRIS update.
• Take Leave Approval & leave related issues.
• Assist PF related work & employee benefit.
• Any other task assigned by the Management.
Educational & Experience Requirements
• Master’s in Business, Bank Management, Law or any relevant subjects from a reputed University.
• No third division/ class in academic records.
• MBA (major in Human Resources) from a reputed University will be preferable.
• Candidates must have a minimum 03 years’ experience in the HR department of any Bank/ NBFI.
Additional Requirements
• Age: at most 35 years.
• Must have practical knowledge to handle disciplinary issues of employees.
• Candidates must have knowledge on Labor Law.
• Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent personality with positive approach/ attitude.
• Excellent capability in operating computer applications.
• Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
• Must be fluent in English (speaking and writing).
Salary & Allowances
• Salary: Negotiable.
• T/A, Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Provident fund, Weekly 2 holidays, Insurance, Gratuity.
• Festival Bonus: 2.
