Responsibilities
• Day to day branch operational activities.
• Ensure proper service for customers for all Branch service related issues.
• Ensure proper control/compliance in the branch as per bank’s operations policy.
• Counseling & coaching to all subordinates and updating them accordingly.
• Monitor the performance of subordinates.
• Achieve business targets set by the Management.
Educational & Experience Requirements
• Masters degree in any discipline.
• At least 5 year(s) experience in General Banking and Islamic Banking.
Additional Requirements
• Age at most 40 years.
• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
• Working experience in any Shariah based bank shall be considered as an added qualification.
• Adequate knowledge about the products & services of the financial market.
• Being conversant in English and good computer knowledge is desirable.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
Salary & Allowances
• Negotiable.
• T/A, Medical allowance, Provident fund, Weekly 2 holidays, Insurance, Gratuity, Mobile bill.
