EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
• Minimum Bachelor of Law (LLB) and Master of Law (LL.M) from a recognized University.
• No 3rd Division/ Class/ CGPA is allowed.
• A minimum of 02 years of experience is required in a bank, financial institution, or law firm.
• Must have obtained Sanad from Bangladesh Bar Council to practice as an Advocate in Judges’ Court in Bangladesh especially in Dhaka Judge Court.

ইউসিবি পিএলসি বৈদেশিক বাণিজ্যে ব্যাপকভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করে। ২০২০ সালে ব্যাংক মোট ৫১৭০১০ মিলিয়ন টাকার বৈদেশিক মৃদ্রা ব্যবসা পরিচালনা করে। ইউসিবি পিএলসি ৫৯৬টি বিদেশি ব্যাংক ও আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠানের সঙ্গে প্রতিসঙ্গী ব্যাংকিং সম্পর্ক স্থাপন করে। ২০২১ সালে ইউনাইটেড কমার্শিয়াল ব্যাংকের অধীনস্থ প্রতিষ্ঠান ইউসিবি ফিনটেক কোম্পানি লিমিটেডের আওতায় মোবাইল আর্থিক সেবা (MFS) Ucash (ইউক্যাশ) এর নাম পরিবর্তন করে Upay (উপায়) নামে চালু করে। যা গ্রামীণফোন, রবি এবং বাংলালিংক সংযোগ ব্যবহারকারীদের বিনা ইন্টারনেটে উপায় অ্যাপ্লিকেশন ব্যবহার করার সুযোগ করে দিয়ে থাকে। ব্যাংকটিতে ২২৪টি শাখা, ২টি এসএমই সেন্টার, ১টি অফশোর ব্যাংকিং ইউনিট, ৬২৮টি এটিএম/ সিআরএম বুথ ও ৫,০৬০ জন কর্মী রয়েছে। ব্যাংকটির প্রধান কার্যালয় প্লট- সিডব্লিউএস(এ)-১, রোড নং- ৩৪, গুলশান এভিনিউ, ঢাকা-১২১২ এ অবস্থিত।
