Probashi Kallayan Bank (PKB)প্রবাসী কল্যাণ ব্যাংক (পিকেবি) is a state-owned specialized scheduled bank in the financial sector of Bangladesh. It was established in 2011 under the Probashi Kallyan Ain 2010 to coordinate welfare activities for expatriate Bangladeshis and facilitate intra-transaction services for remittances.

The bank was incorporated as a public limited company in 2018. As of March 2021, the authorized and paid-up capital of the bank stood at 5,000 million and 4,450 million taka, respectively. Notably, until 2020, the paid-up capital of the bank was 4,000 million taka. The management of the bank is overseen by a 14-member Board of Directors.
