Educational & Experience Requirements
• Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
• No 3rd class in the whole academic record.
• Minimum 3 Years experience in a Bank.
Job Responsibilities
• Conceptualize, develop and implement plans for new liability products/Marketing strategy to promote them with the ultimate goal to contribute to the profitability of the Bank and so on.
• Achieve sales target of Corporate Liability/Deposit.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Enhance deposit base of the Bank to support Bank’s lending growth and improve deposit mix through various initiatives and strategies specially the Public Sector Deposits.
• Develop a corporate liability strategy and execute it.
• Solicit New to Bank (NTB) relationships, as well as to manage an assigned portfolio with existing (non- borrowing) commercial clients, to retain & grow their banking relationships in a profitable manner and in line with assigned business growth targets.
• Achieve the assigned sales targets on Liabilities.
• Cross-sell other products of the bank like salary and wealth management to maximize share of wallet.
• Make regular visits to clients for both monitoring and business generation purposes. Such visits to be recorded by way of call reports which are to include all pertinent information in a timely manner.
• Any other task as and when assigned by Management.

• Age: 28 years and above.

• Sound knowledge on MS Package – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and Leadership skills.
