Job Responsibilities
• Making payment and receiving of cash efficiently, flawlessly; within the shortest possible time.
• Ensuring Customer Satisfaction by ensuring Service Excellence in Cash Area.
• Achieving assigned Business targets set by the Management.
• Remaining aware of fake notes, fraudulent transactions and Money Laundering while providing service.
• Necessary maintenance/ Cash loading/ Reconciliation of ATM.

Educational & Experience Requirements
• Minimum graduate from recognized institutions.
• No experience is required.

Additional Requirements
• Age at most 30 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla.
• Adequate computer literacy to work in online software modules & MS Office packages.

Salary & Allowances
• Monthly Gross Salary of BDT. 28,000/-
• Other admissible benefits as per EBL policy.
• Will be eligible to sit for Written Exam for EBL Permanent position after 1 year based on performance.
