Educational & Experience Requirements
• Four (04) years graduation from any reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record.
• No 3rd division is allowed.
• Minimum two years of work experience in a deposit-based sales role or minimum four years of work experience in any retail asset-based sales role of a bank or NBFI.
Additional Requirements
• Good interpersonal communication skills to maintain a professional relationship with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled and capability to meet deadlines.
• Strong command over Microsoft Office & conceptual understanding of banking/ financial software.
