Educational & Experience Requirements
• Minimum Graduation preferably in Business Discipline.
• No Experience is needed for TDSO (G1).
Additional Requirements
• Willingness to develop career in direct sales.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and Direct selling skills.
• Physical fitness and willingness to work at field level.
• Energetic, confident, creative, resourceful & target oriented.
• Direct Sales experience in similar areas will be treated as an added advantage.
Salary & Allowances
• Minimum Gross Salary of BDT 14000, Higher for experienced candidates’ up-to BDT 24000 (Monthly).
• Attractive Sales commission plan based on performance.
• Two Festival Bonuses.
• Other admissible benefits as per Bank’s policy
