Bank transactions time during Ramadan

Bank transactions time during Ramadan- During the month of Ramadan, banks in Bangladesh will remain open from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm, with transactions allowed until 2:30 pm.

According to a Bangladesh Bank circular issued today (5th March, 2024), there will be a break for Zuhr prayers from 1:15 pm to 1:30 pm. Banks can coordinate internally and continue banking transactions during this break.

After Ramadan concludes, banking hours will revert to the previous schedule (10:00 am to 5:00 pm), as announced in the circular.
