Educational & Experience Requirements
• BSc in CSE/ECE/ETE/ICT/EEE or related subjects with no 3rd Division/Class or equivalent in any of the examinations.
• No third division/class or equivalent in any academic examinations.
• Preferably holds certifications in networking, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or a related field.
• Proven experience in network operations, preferably within a banking or financial services environment.

Additional Requirements
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including data centers and disaster recovery sites.
• Ability to work night shifts and provide on-call support as part of a 24/7 roster.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to travel for on-site issue resolution.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
