EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
• Bachelor/ Honors must be from UGC approved University.
• Minimum CGPA: 2.50.
• 3rd Division/ class in any exam are discouraged to apply.
• At least 3 years experience in Banks.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent sales, customer service and interpersonal skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Portfolio Management & Business Growth: Manage and grow the existing SME & Agri portfolio of the branch. Acquire new SME & Agri business to meet and exceed branch budget and KPIs. Maintain a target-driven approach to achieve business goals.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure due diligence and full compliance with central bank regulations on CMSME, Agri, Rescheduling, & Refinance. Maintain strong monitoring capabilities to track portfolio health and mitigate risks.
• Customer Relationship & Communication: Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery. Engage with clients to ensure business retention and satisfaction.
• Operational & Strategic Execution: Handle challenging SME & Agri business budgets while managing daily activities. Be flexible and ready to work in any location across the country.
SALARY AND ALLOWANCES
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable.
• Others admissible benefits as per bank’s policy.
