EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
• A 4 (Four) year Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in IT from a reputed University.
• A minimum of three 1st Division/ Class/ Equivalent CGPA throughout the academic career.
• No 3rd Division/ Class/ CGPA is allowed.
• Academic results must be officially published at the time of application.
• No experience is required.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Age: Not over 32 years as on February 4, 2025.
• At the time of joining, the incumbent will be required to give a surety bond for serving the Bank for a minimum period of 05 years including the probation period.
• All the candidates will go through an extensive selection and recruitment process.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
• Software Development: Proficiency or familiarity with back-end technologies (e.g., PHP/Java/.NET).
• Database Management: Strong knowledge of Database Servers including MSSQL/MYSQL/Oracle/ DB2.
• System and Storage: In-depth understanding of Operating System (OS) Platforms such as Unix, Linux, and Windows including virtualization technologies, storage hardware & software systems.
• Networking: Expertise in routers, switches, firewalls, and various communication links and Comprehensive understanding of network infrastructure, with practical knowledge of protocols such as Static Routing, OSPF, BGP, IPSec, VPN, VLAN, and other network fundamentals and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S).
• Candidates having one or more of the above-mentioned skills must mention during application. Having Professional/Vendor Certifications in Programming Languages, Operating Systems, Servers, Networking, Cyber Security, or any ICT-related Security will be considered as added advantage.
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION PACKAGE
• Monthly consolidated salary of BDT 69,400 (including all yearly pay) plus other admissible benefits during probation period.
• On successful completion of one year of probation, incumbent will be confirmed in regular services of the bank as “Senior Officer” and will be entitled to a Monthly consolidated salary of BDT 85,200 (including all yearly pay) plus other admissible benefits.
• Also, Confirmed Official receives additional performance-based payment as applicable.
