EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
• Master’s degree with a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any reputed University.
• A minimum of CGPA 3.00 or First Class in both Graduation and Post Graduation levels.
• GPA 5.00 in both Secondary and Higher Secondary or at least 3 A’s with 2 B’s in O Level and 1 A with 1 B in A Level.
• No 3rd Division/ Class/ Equivalent GPA/ CGPA in any level of academic qualifications will be accepted.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Age not exceeding 32 years on 30 April, 2025.
• Willingness to serve the bank for a minimum period of 5 (five) years.
• General level of computer literacy (Sound IT skill in MS Office, E-mail, Internet).
• Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Multi-tasking ability and strong presentation skills.
SALARY AND ALLOWANCES
• Finally, selected candidates will go through 01 (one) year probation period with monthly consolidated salary of Tk.52,000/-.
• After successful completion of the probation period, he/she will be confirmed as “Executive Officer” and entitled to monthly gross salary of Tk.67,900/-.
• Others admissible benefits as per bank’s policy.

EXIM Bank PLC (এক্সিম ব্যাংক পিএলসি) is one of the leading private commercial Islamic banks in Bangladesh. It was established in 1999, by Nazrul Islam Mazumder and Late Shahjahan Kabir. It started functioning from 3rd August, 1999 with its name as Bengal Export Import Bank Limited (BEXIM Bank Limited). But due to legal constraints, on 16th November, 1999, the bank was renamed as EXIM Bank Limited, which stood for Export Import Bank of Bangladesh Limited. The bank started its operation with an initial authorized capital of Taka 1 billion (US$12.87 million) and paid up capital of Taka 225 million (US$2.9 million).
EXIM bank PLC is the first bank in Bangladesh to have converted all of its operations of conventional banking into shariah-based banking, since July 2004.
