EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
• Business graduate with CGPA 3.00 or above out of 4.00.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role at a reputed bank (optional).

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Age: Not Specific.
• Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with adequate computer literacy.
• Proactive team player, positive mindset and ability to work under pressure.

SALARY AND ALLOWANCES
• Monthly Gross Salary of BDT. 31,000/-
• Festival & performance bonus, hospitalization & maternity reimbursement, leave facility as per banks policy.
• Absorption process facility to become full time employee of the bank after 18 months of joining depending on performance and discipline.
• Other admissible benefits as per People Management Policy of EBL.
