Educational & Experience Requirements
• 4 years Graduation/Post Graduation with minimum CGPA 3.0 out of 4.0 or 3.75 out of 5 in any discipline from UGC approved universities.
• For foreign recognized universities, grade must be equivalent as per UGC standard.
• No experience is required.

Additional Requirements
• Age not over 30 years as on 25 July, 2024.
• At the time of joining will be required a surety bond for serving the Bank.
• All the candidates will go through an extensive selection and recruitment process.

Salary & Allowances
• Consolidated monthly Salary of BDT 50,000 during 01 year probation period.
• Confirmed as ‘Senior Officer‘ in regular pay scale of Bank with other admissible benefits.
