Job Responsibilities
✓ Manage budgeted portfolio with prevailing corporate business to retain sustainable banking relationships in a profitable manner and in line with assigned business growth targets.
✓ Develop Business from new and existing clients, through strategic penetration into identified market/sectors across the entire portfolio spectrum like assets, liabilities, and cross-sell.
✓ Monitor risk and ensure that the Bank’s relationship strategy is in line with the portfolio and industry quality.
✓ Negotiate appropriate credit lines in conformity with the Bank’s underwriting standards and risk adjusted targets after thorough assessment of information essential for the preparation of a detailed credit proposal.
✓ Maintain and enhance relationships with key customer accounts and prospective customers to ensure business continuity and growth.
✓ Magnify the Bank’s revenue stream through fullest utilization of limits by superior customer relationship management.
✓ Ensure that the quality of the credit portfolio is maintained, by reviewing proposals, identifying and assessing all risk inherent in credit exposures and involve actively in compromise proposals and restructuring arrangements in cases where the Bank’s lending is doubtful of full recovery
✓ Establish contact, rapport and credibility with prospective clients to influence key decision makers to start a relationship with the Bank
✓ Explore opportunities and recommend strategies for cross selling of products and services based on thorough understanding of the range of corporate banking products and services, and various client analysis
✓ Ensure maximum routing of Trade Business through the Bank by offering superior quality service and solutions.
✓ Ensuring service excellence at all times

Educational & Experience Requirements
✓ Four years graduation or a post-graduation from recognized university with no third division/class in any exam.
✓ At least 5 year(s).

Additional Requirements
✓ Minimum 05 to 12 years’ experience in corporate banking, depending on the rank applied for
✓ Experience in a centralized banking environment will get preference.
✓ Experience of effectively using knowledge of credit products, processes and risks to make fair and informed lending decisions that meet customers’ need.
✓ Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions.
✓ Flexible, result driven and able to work independently to achieve job target.
✓ Should have had exposure to the emerging markets.
✓ Excellent communication, interpersonal, team building and people management skills.
✓ Ability to interact effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
