Job Responsibilities
✓ Assisting Corporate Banking Unit in day to day transaction, credit memorandum preparation, financial & risk analysis and MIS preparation.
✓ Develop Business from new and existing clients, through strategic penetration into identified market/sectors across the entire portfolio spectrum like assets, liabilities, and cross-sell.
✓ Maintain and enhance relationships with key customer accounts and prospective customers to ensure business continuity and growth.
✓ Assist Corporate Banking Unit in meeting different targets like Asset, Liability, Profitability, and Trade etc.
✓ Booking new customer and Promoting new business and increase share of existing business.
✓ Developing & executing customer strategies.
✓ Assessing and managing credit risk and costs.
✓ Monitoring the credit customers.
✓ Identify potential customers in the line with over all business.
✓ Ensuring service excellence at all times.

Educational & Experience Requirements
✓ Four years graduation or a post-graduation from recognized university with no third division/class in any exam.
✓ Graduation major in Finance/Banking from recognized university will get preference.
✓ Relevant experiences and / or internship in corporate banking in a centralized banking atmosphere shall be prioritized.

Additional Requirements
✓ Ideally incumbent should have had exposure to the emerging markets.
✓ Strong credit assessment skills.
✓ The ability to forge close relationships with external constituents as a representative of the bank.
✓ Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions.
✓ Excellent time management, planning and organization skills.
✓ Analytical ability and commercial acumen.
✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
